How do I clean my highwood® products?
Hot soapy water is the best choice for cleaning highwood® material. highwood® is a hard material with a non-porous surface, therefore it does not readily stain and most spills do not stick – just wipe up any spills as soon as possible from the surface.
Any water based household cleaner can be used to clean the surface including Windex, 409, Pledge, Murphy’s Oil Soap, Simple Green and Citrus Cleaners. Avoid any cleaner that contains solvents or harsh chemicals. If you are unsure of the cleaner, test a small area before applying to the whole product. Although not typically necessary, highwood materials can be pressure washed with care.

Are the furniture and other pieces assembled?
No, most will require some assembly. Instructions are included and can also be downloaded from the product detail pages.
How do I care for the Sunbrella cushions?

What if my order arrives damaged?
The packaging of the products assures that your order will arrive in perfect condition 99.9% of the time. If you notice upon delivery that the box is damaged please make an immediate note on the delivery receipt when you sign for the delivery. If the box appears damaged to such an extent that the merchandise inside may be damaged open the box and inspect the contents BEFORE the delivery driver leaves. Even if the box appears in perfect condition please inspect your order immediately. Do not throw away the box or any packing materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied that it is undamaged. If you find damage to your order once you open the box we require a picture of the damage in order to have the damaged item replaced or repaired at our discretion. In either case you must notify us of the damage within 5 days of receiving your order. You can .

What if I don't feel comfortable making a credit card purchase online?
No problem, if you prefer to use a personal check please call 1-877-886-0992 to place your order by telephone. Customer Service is open from 10:00 to 6:00 EST, Tuesday through Saturday. Shipment of your order will be delayed until your check clears so receiving your order will take additional time.
What about shipping?
Our prices include residential or commercial shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.
Please also note that shipping includes residential delivery to the door only. If you ask the driver to bring the carton inside, or unpack it for you, you may incur additional charges from the delivery company and these additional charges will be charged to you.
How long will my order take?
We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order immediately upon receipt of your payment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Many items are in stock in our warehouse and can ship within 1-5 business days. Items may also ship directly from the manufacturer and can take 3 to 5 days to ship. Shipping time will add another 2 to 7 days depending on the delivery address.
Once the items have shipped we will e-mail you with a tracking number so that you will be available at the shipping address for delivery.
